Mp3 vs WAV difference finally explained

Taken from slices tech talk.. finally the explanation that will stop the ongoing debate of what is done to sound to change it from wav to mp3 and can we hear the difference?...

    Very nice video, so well explained, But if wav sounds me better, might be the most of encoders programs used are bad, or done fast and cheap??
